Chet Goenner Pavillion & Ball Field
The Chet Goenner Pavilion is located in the main city park behind the fire station building. It is a beautiful facility with a large kitchen and serving area as well as many picnic tables for lots of seating. There are indoor bathrooms and the main area of the pavilion is finished in knotty pine wood and has been recently remodeled. There are two extended covered areas with seating on each side of the pavilion as well as gorgeous landscaping in the front and side areas. Flowers and shrubs are in full bloom for the whole summer rental season. Cost for rental of the pavilion facility is $150.00 per full day which includes the use of the kitchen. There is a wonderfully equipped playground immediately in front of the pavilion which makes it a truly desirable location for family gatherings and special event parties. There is a large paved parking area in the front of the building as well.
