Parkside Development

Parkside Development is located behind Goenner Park and is a 166 lot development consisting of a combination of twin homes and single family homes.  There are a variety of lot sizes and two infiltration basins acting as additional open space areas in the development.  The development does have some special restrictions because it is located immediately over the existing city wellhead protection area.  Fertilizer and other chemical lawn applications must be regulated and monitored by the city to protect the city drinking water supply.
