Citizen Compliant Form

**The Clear Lake City Council would like all City Residents and or Business Owners to utilize our new complaint form.  If there are any complaints this form needs to be submitted before proper action can take place.  The Council feels that this form will help city staff help rectify the problem. If you wish to remain anonymous you may email, mail or drop the form in the drop box located on the outside of City Hall.  If you wish to remain anonymous please understand it will be difficult to let you know what the city has done to rectify the problem.
